Caitlin grew up on Vancouver Island and completed a BSc at the University of Victoria. Caitlin’s passion for science and the natural world grew during her studies. After time spent working and travelling, Caitlin attended the University of British Columbia where she completed her degree in education. She hopes to foster curiosity and wonder while Building scientific literacy in her students. In her spare time, Caitlin loves to travel and explore new places. She has been lucky to visit every continent except Antarctica but loves hiking, biking, and backcountry skiing in British Columbia most of all.
